TERMS OF SERVICE
BANNED OR SUSPENDED ACCOUNTS
For a period of 30 days from date of sale, you will offer assistance recovering any banned or suspended account which you have sold through rpgreseller.com which was banned as a result of a change in user access. Blizzard attempts to monitor accounts for indications that they have been sold and will suspend and ban them. If you can not recover an account for the buyer, you will provide a refund.
When a recently purchased account can not be recovered. You must negotiate a refund that the buyer agrees to. If buyer does not agree to a partial refund, a full refund must be issued. If you do not issue a refund, you will be sued for the full amount. Funds will then be returned to the buyer.
If a seller recalls an account after being paid, they will be prosecuted for theft via civil court to press criminal charges and gain a financial judgement. The account, if still active, will be banned to prevent future misuse.
By filling out the account selling form, you agree with the terms of service set forth for selling an account. These terms of service are to promote fair trade and prevent fraud.
