VERIFICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Mail: You will receive a letter in several days. If you are international, it may take 7-10 days. Read the letter and follow the instructions. If you do not receive the letter, contact reseller@rpgreseller.com

Photo ID: Email a LEGIBLE, high resolution scan or digital photo to reseller@rpgreseller.com. You may also fax to 609 784 0783. It is ok to  block out SECURITY CODES. If edited in any other manner, your submission  will be declined. Mail shops such as the UPS store, and copy shops such  as Kinkos will send a fax for about $2.00. For international dailing,  use countrycodes.com - My location is Boise, Idaho.

ESCROW FOR VIRTUAL GOODS AND SERVICES - 15% fee

AKA middleman services. Having a trusted third party to protect buyers and sellers will keep both honest and provide protection against fraud.

1. Buyer sends funds to me, I hold funds and notify seller that funds are received.
2. Seller provides goods.
3. Buyer sends letter indicating they are satisfied.
4. Seller receives funds.

Buyer and seller can agree to a specific timeline of guarantee. eg., Buyer must indicate satisfaction 7 days after product purchase in order for seller to be paid.

This does not provide perfect protection from all fraudulent actions such as account reclamation, but it does greatly reduce fraud risk.

In the event of a dispute, I will verify provision of goods or services. If delivery is proven, seller wins the dispute. If an item or good is not delivered, is incomplete, or not as described, buyer wins the dispute. If service is offered in part, then payment will be partly provided to buyer and seller as is deemed fair.

In the event of an account warning or banning, contact me immediately. I will read the letters from the game companies and use them to provide a fair judgement after guaging responsibility. If an account is banned for being sold, then the buyer will receive a full refund. Due to latency in response times, I recommend to buyers to request a 15 day delay in payment, if the seller will accept it. This gives adequate time for a game company to ban if they are going to. Beyond fifteen days, the chances of a ban are very slim.

If you wish to make a purchase with the assistance of escrow service, first contact the other party and ask them if they agree, and how many days they will guarantee your satisfaction prior to receiving payment. By using my service, both parties grant and defer to me, power of attorney in the event of a dispute or any kind of loss which is related to the account or transaction.
